James was born in the east coast of Turkey; Izmir and he has been living in Los Angeles for the past 6 years. Growing up, he spent a lot of time in the studio playing the electric guitar with his band and riding bicycles with his cousins and friends. Alongside with music and sports, he has always been interested in houses, designs and structures.

His professional career in the housing industry started at 2019. He started off by working in a construction site as a manager to oversee the hard-working laborers and solve the day-to-day issues that came up. He was able to learn a great deal about construction, design, and development. He got to see how little details made a huge difference at the end. He then decided to pursue his career in Real Estate and learn all about it. He met some great real estate agents while he was working, which influenced him to start his career as a real estate agent. Alongside with Real Estate, he has co-founded his company where he develops buildings, does renovations and brings out the best out of every land and every property.
